12.3 Exclusions. 13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all pending bonus balances and winnings associated with unmet wagering requirements are forfeited. Verified real-money balances (net of any forfeitable amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

10jli reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
